A Meridian in sofa terms is a large, armless seat at one (or both) ends of your sofa. To give you an example of what that means, a standard 3 seater Lili sofa has a generous depth of just over a metre, or 1.68 metres if it’s a chaiselong version. When that same three seater has a meridian attached, the length jumps to over 3 metres - three times and double the length of a standard 3 seat sofa and chaiselong respectively.
